Returns Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) depending on condition received, or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred.

Refunds Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. 

Proof of Purchase

Please could you also include the invoice with your product when returning it to prove purchase.

Condition of Returns

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Whether products will be refunded will depend on condition returned. 

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

• personalised or made-to-measure products
• underwear or swimsuits due to hygiene reasons

We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
