Who am I?

I am a pair of beautiful earrings handcrafted in Rwanda.

I was named Ibinyango Umutima which translates to drops of the heart in Kinyarwanda, and Agaseke because of the way am crafted.

Who crafted me?

I was crafted by the widows of the 1994 Genocide. They say that am very essential to them because I have brightened their livelihoods. They come together to make me and earn a living, but they also find a platform to share their experiences, which has enabled them overcome their trauma, and get back to their normal life.
